A garden is a living thing, and therefore needs regular care. We can keep on top of all garden and lawn care to keep your place looking it’s best all year round.
Gardens are there to be enjoyed, and our property maintenance plans ensure that you can get the most out of yours.
Every garden is different and so we have different size plans available to suit your situation. Sometimes, a tidy up visit is needed initially to get your garden in the condition you’d like us to maintain.

Garden & Lawn Maintenance Plan
An all inclusive full property care option. We’ll recommend a plan the right size fit for your garden’s needs.
Garden Only Maintenance Plan
Got no lawn or doing it yourself? No problem, we can custom your plan to take care of the gardens only.
Lawn Only Maintenance Plan
Got no garden or caring for it yourself? No problem, we can custom your plan to take care of the lawns only. Available for West Auckland Urban areas only.
The right fit for your garden
We custom the maintenance plan to suit your situation. This can come up if:
You need weekly visits (default is a visit every two weeks)
You need visits less often
You would like garden waste to remain on site
You have other specific needs
Maintenance plans include:
Consumables including organic weed spray and spraying oil
Waste removed for commercial composting, mulching or recycling whenever possible
Small mulch top up each visit to improve your soil health
A visit every two weeks (unless agreed otherwise)
Rodent Control Add On
This unpleasant conservation task is one that we can take off your list. Our sturdy and durable rat bait stations are a discreet and safe way to control rodents on your property. They are locked to prevent children and pets from gaining access.
Each maintenance visit with the rodent control add-on will include checking and restocking the bait station.
Dog Policy
We love dogs, but having a furry friend in the whanau does come with some added responsibilities. We ask that you let us know if you have a dog on site so that we keep our staff safe and we know to keep your gates closed.
We also expect that any dog ‘presents’ be cleaned up prior to our arrival as this can create a health and safety issue for our team. If need be we can provide an expected time frame when we’ll be at your place.
We also install in ground pet waste composters. Contact us if you would like a quote.

The best way to do so is to send us a message. We then will add a note to our work schedule so our staff can attend to your request at the next scheduled visit.
HOW HIGH CAN WE TRIM?
We can trim hedges up to 2.8m high and to a depth of 1.8m from the ladder access.
WHAT DON’T YOUR MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE?
There are a few things we can’t include in our maintenance work. These include:
Picking up after your dog or servicing dog runs.
House cleaning services.
Work on large trees.
Climbing on your roof
Annual Reviews
Client satisfaction is important to us, so at least once a year we will get in touch with every one of our maintenance clients to offer a visit on site to review the maintenance approach and discuss any specific needs or further improvement of the garden.
